Does anyone have any recommendations for filling time spent in the car? I used to listen to Audible, but I my books are far too advanced for my 3 year old. I’m particularly looking for some educational songs or series for her to listen to. We live way out in the country and spend at least half an hour in the vehicle any time we have to go anywhere. =)

My 4 and 3 year olds are currently LOVING the Maestro Classic cds, specifically Peter and the Wolf. It’s a story set to classical music, where each character is an instrument. Sounds boring, but I promise it’s an instant hit. They have other versions, too, like Mike Mulligan and the Steam Shovel, The Tortoise and the Hare, and some other fairy tales. They’re all available on Amazon and sometimes you can get it on YouTube.
